Our team of 20 had a fantastic corporate activity day at Ocean Vertical! The selection of activities offered to the team suited both the thrill seekers and those in need of some R&R. Staff were amazing, the location was stunning in East Lothian, and the food, BBQ and drinks in the evening were just fantastic. A good time was had by all – Thank you Ocean Vertical!

We booked the new HQ facility for an office social. Really can’t recommend it highly enough. We had teams of people doing the coasteering, paddle boarding and a Wellbeing Experience so there was something for everyone. I tried the paddle boarding and the quality of the tuition and the gear was great.The facility has a great set up and the after-activity BBQ in the courtyard was a great way for everyone to catch up before sitting down to a very nice dinner. Everyone who I have spoken to thoroughly enjoyed it.

I spent a brilliant afternoon Coasteering with Ocean Vertical; climbing, swimming, scrambling and jumping off rocks into the sea by Dunbar in East lothian. I was able to disconnect from the busyness of normal life and enjoy a magical couple of hours exploring a totally new environment, scrambling over inaccessible tidal islands, connecting with local marine wildlife and having serious fun. Adrian and Stevie nudge you safely out of your comfort zone, jumping 25 feet into the water or going through underwater passes is not normal for me!  After playing rugby professionally nothing provides a buzz quite the same but this came very close.

What a magical adventure. Went on the Assynt trip with Mollie & Stevie, had no idea what to expect as this was my first wild camp out with OV. It didn’t disappoint, I learned so much from pitching the tent, sleeping under the stars, eating and travelling ‘light’ lacing up boots ‘properly’ all in expert hands. The team had so much wisdom to impart for the novice and the experienced climber. Can’t wait to go again!

Very enjoyable, we really enjoyed seeing the coastline from another perspective Coasteering in East Lothian, as well as meeting some of the local sea faring residents (sea urchins, starfish and seals). The session was great fun mixed with a good kick of adrenaline; Stevie is a skilled and experienced guide and we felt safe and informed throughout our experience.Thanks Ocean Vertical!

Unbelievable afternoon with Jacob and Adrian Coasteering. Great instructor, wonderful experience with good quality kit. Felt supported and challenged and had the most amazing time. Thoroughly recommend and will be back!!!!

Thanks very much to Stevie and Jacob for today’s Coasteering trip in East Lothian. Amazing couple of hours on the rocks and in the water, and always felt safe with these professional instructors. Spotted many pods of Dolphins while we were jumping which was awesome to see! Great kit to keep you safe too. I would highly recommend giving this a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

We went coasteering in Dunbar with a group of friends and had an amazing time! Swimming, climbing and jumping off cliffs in impressive and wild scenery.
We were with a small group and were impressed by the quality of the equipment and excellent guides. I would definitely recommend this activity to everyone who’s looking for a memorable outdoor activity in East Lothian, Scotland!

Just back from a day with Stevie and Adrian. Both are masters of there trade. Making sure everyone was comfortable and understanding the terrain. I felt in very safe hands on my first winter mountaineering day out with the boys.

I would highly recommend Ocean Vertical to everyone thinking of winter mountaineering in Scotland. Both guys’ are very knowledgeable of mountains and the surrounding areas. I’ll definitely be back out with Ocean Vertical very soon!

I was working in Edinburgh and planned to do some walking with a group of friends. A colleague recommended Ocean Vertical. I called but they were booked out, had a call-back and they coordinated a mountain trip for us!
A day later, I was standing 3,500 feet up on Stob Coire nan Lochan in snow and ice looking out over the most incredible scenery in Glen Coe, a brilliant trip that I couldn’t have accessed without Stevie and Adrian who were fabulous guides. Totally recommend!

A new twist on a corporate day out – Coasteering: scrambling, swimming and jumping into the sea in East Lothian! Along with paddle boarding and mindfulness sessions. Was a brilliant shared experience, would definitely recommend. Staying on for a BBQ and beers in the courtyard was a fantastic way to reflect on and embellish stories from earlier in the day! 5 stars.
